About LifeCare Connect

LifeCare Connect Nigeria Limited is the CAC-registered umbrella commercial entity through which every Group platform is marketed, contracted and delivered in Nigeria and across Africa. It sits under the Ancestra Group parent brand, alongside LifeCare Medical Group. The Group operates five platforms, three in active focus — Ancestra Health, QualiSentinel and JAPAC Accreditation — with OneHealth Sentinel and NCD Sentinel pursued through a government and public-sector motion. We are opening our founding operations base in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, with a launch targeted for January 2027.

Role overview

The Driver/Logistics Support role keeps the Uyo office and its client-facing teams moving — providing safe, reliable transportation for staff, management and, critically, the field assessment teams that carry out JAPAC Accreditation site visits across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reliable transportation for staff, management, clients and field assessors between the Uyo office, client sites and other locations as required.
  • Support logistics for JAPAC Accreditation field assessments and laboratory/facility site visits, ensuring timely arrival of assessment teams and equipment.
  • Maintain the company vehicle(s): routine maintenance scheduling, cleanliness, fuel logs and safety checks.
  • Support document and parcel courier runs, procurement pick-ups and general office errands.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records.
  • Assist with basic office logistics and event or meeting set-up support as needed.

Requirements & qualifications

  • Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional driving experience; familiarity with Uyo/Akwa Ibom State roads and surrounding routes.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Punctual, reliable and professional in manner, including when representing the company with clients.
  • Good communication skills; secondary school certificate as a minimum.

What we offer

  • A stable, full-time role supporting a growing, multi-platform organization.
  • Direct involvement in field logistics for a genuinely differentiated accreditation-services business line.
  • A structured, professional working environment from the Uyo office launch.
